How much will counselling cost?
50-minute session.
15-minute introductory call offered for free
We can have a phone or video call to answer any questions,
explore what you are looking for in the sessions
and determine if we are the right fit for a counselling relationship.
Sliding scale 30-65 pounds per session
I believe and want to ensure counselling/therapy is accessible to as many people as possible.
I provide a sliding scale for people while being realistic
with my own expenses and availability throughout the week.
That is why I provide a sliding scale for those
who may have a certain budget in mind
when it comes to supporting their own mental health.
We can discuss this on the initial call.
Waiting list
I may operate a waiting list if appropriate when my diary is busy at certain times of the week.
